- Students must be present for the move
- Goods must be packed and ready to move
- Cancellation within 36 hours of move to qualify for a refund
- No valuables such as laptops, phones, jewellery or headphones to be packed in boxes
- Insurance excluded but can be arranged on request
- Return notifications within 72 hours
